Side effects of milk tea

Bloating
You can feel bloated if you drink too much milk tea. Tea contains caffeine which can cause stomach bloating. This drink can produce gas when milk is added. Tea tannins can cause stomach pain and discomfort by disrupting the digestive system.

Trigger Constipation
Tea also contains theophylline, in addition to caffeine. Tea can cause constipation if consumed in excess.

Anxiety
If you suffer from anxiety, stop drinking tea. This drink can trigger anxiety symptoms and make them worse.

Insomnia
Tea contains caffeine which can cause insomnia. If you suffer from insomnia, avoid drinking milk tea.
